A new sustainable technology allows lower fuel consumption and environmental protection

What do a lawn mower, a snow thrower, a power generator and a forklift have in common? They all have traditional combustion engines powered by gasoline.  With the recent development of new technologies for the use of alternative fuels, all these equipments now can run on LPG/propane.

Propane or LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) is a hydrocarbon produced from natural gas processing or crude oil refining. The propane/LPG advantages, as an alternative fuel, are various: the emission of greenhouse gases and carbon monoxide are reduced, propane/LPG cylinders or cartridges are safe and easy to use. Propane/LPG is, in fact, cleaner-burning, lower-carbon fuel than other petroleum-based products, such as kerosene or gasoline.

In order to meet the growing market demand to improve products with increased fuel economy, manufacturers made environmentally friendly products available; thus reducing emissions and noise, without sacrificing performance and safety.

Among products currently on the market, which satisfy these requirements,  Greengear is the brand that identifies the most advanced technological solution to power conventional combustion engines to LPG.

Greengear aims to extend the use of propane/LPG in daily life, thanks to the Italian highest standard technology of ENERKIT, which can be applied to engines from 25 to 800 cc. Its market includes a wide range of applications from trimmers to lawnmowers, from power generators and water pumps to BBQs, refrigerators, dryers and fireplaces.

Greengear sustainable technology makes the increased use of propane/ LPG at home and outdoors possible, for a healthier and greener way of life.
