Information notice in compliance with art. 13 of the 2016/679 Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (“GDPR”) – “Contact Us”

1.	Data Controller

2.	Purpose of the processing 
The Data Controller will process your Data in order to answer your request for information regarding the Company and/or its products/services. 

3.	Legal basis for the processing 
Performance of the contract or performance of pre-contractual measures. 

4.	Data retention period 
The Data will be preserved for a maximum period of 10 working days in order to be able to answer each request for information. When the data retention period expires, your Data will be destroyed or anonymized compatibly with the technical procedures of erasure and backup. 

5.	Provision of personal data 
With reference to the above stated purpose, the provision of your Data is compulsory. Therefore, if you refuse and/or provide inaccurate and/or complete information, the Company will not be able to satisfy your requests. 

6.	Recipients of personal data
Your Data may be processed by other people, placed in Italy or in the UE, which operate as Data Controllers. Furthermore, the Data may be processed, on behalf of the Company, by other companies (legal firms, insurance companies, insurance brokers, etc.) which have been given the adequate instructions regarding the performance of a correct Data processing. 
The list of the recipients of personal data is constantly updated and can be easily and freely retrieved by sending a written note to the Data Controller at the following address: Via Statale 11/13, Ponte San Marco di Calcinato (BS), Italy, or by forwarding an email to privacy@cavagnagroup.com 

7.	Personnel authorized to process the personal data
Only the employees belonging to the deputed corporate functions will process the Data in order to pursue the above stated purpose, including the employees belonging to all of Cavagna Group’s companies, which have been expressly authorized and instructed to perform the data processing. 

8.	Rights of the Data Subject – Complaint with the supervisory authority 
The data subjects shall have the right to access the Data processed by the Data Controller; furthermore, they have the right to rectification and or integration of incomplete Data, to erasure and also to restriction of processing in cases envisaged by art. 18 of GDPR. The data subjects can also exercise the right to oppose the processing on ground relating to his or her particular situation.
Should the processing be based on consent or on contract and should it be performed with automated tools, you shall have the right to receive the personal Data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those Data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal Data have been provided.
In any moment, you can lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the Regulation.

Informativa relativa al trattamento dei dati personali degli utenti ai sensi dell’art. 13 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) – “Contattaci”

2.	Finalità del trattamento 
I dati da Lei forniti all’atto di compilazione del modulo verranno trattati dalla Società per rispondere alle Sue richieste di informazioni sulla Società e/o sui suoi prodotti/servizi.

3.	Base giuridica del trattamento 
Esecuzione del contratto di cui Lei è parte o di misure pre-contrattuali.

4.	Periodo di conservazione dei dati
Tali dati saranno conservati per un termine massimo di 10 giorni lavorativi per rispondere alle singole richieste di informazioni. Una volta decorso il suddetto termine o comunque evase le medesime, i Suoi dati saranno distrutti o resi anonimi compatibilmente con le procedure tecniche di cancellazione e back-up. 

5.	Conferimento dei dati personali 
Con riferimento alle finalità su richiamate, il conferimento dei Suoi dati personali è necessario. Un Suo eventuale rifiuto e/o il conferimento di informazioni inesatte e/o incomplete renderebbe impossibile per la Società rispondere alle Sue richieste.

6.	Categorie di destinatari dei dati 
I Suoi dati potranno essere trattati da soggetti esterni, stabiliti in Italia o nell‘Unione Europea, espressamente nominati responsabili del trattamento, ed in particolare a ditte o imprese che effettuano operazioni di trattamento, per conto della Società e hanno ricevuto adeguate istruzioni da parte di quest’ultima quali a titolo esemplificativo: studi legali, broker assicurativi, compagnie di assicurazioni
L’elenco dei destinatari dei dati è costantemente aggiornato e può essere reperito agevolmente e gratuitamente inviando una comunicazione scritta al Titolare del trattamento all’indirizzo sopra indicato o un’e-mail a all’indirizzo privacy@cavagnagroup.com 

7.	Soggetti autorizzati al trattamento 
I dati potranno essere trattati dai dipendenti delle funzioni aziendali deputate al perseguimento delle finalità sopra indicate (ivi inclusi dipendenti di altre società appartenenti al Gruppo Cavagna con sede nell’Unione Europea), che sono stati espressamente autorizzati al trattamento e che hanno ricevuto adeguate istruzioni operative.

8.	Diritti dell’interessato – Reclamo all’autorità di controllo
Lei può chiedere al Titolare l’accesso ai dati che lo riguardano, la loro cancellazione, la rettifica dei dati inesatti, l’integrazione dei dati incompleti, la limitazione del trattamento nei casi previsti dall’art. 18 GDPR, nonché l’opposizione al trattamento, per motivi connessi alla propria situazione particolare, nelle ipotesi di legittimo interesse del Titolare. 
Nel caso in cui il trattamento sia basato sul consenso o sul contratto e sia effettuato con strumenti automatizzati, Lei ha il diritto di ricevere i Suoi dati in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico, nonché, se tecnicamente fattibile, di trasmetterli ad altro titolare senza impedimenti. 
In ogni momento, Lei potrà proporre reclamo all’Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, nonché ricorrere agli altri mezzi di tutela previsti dalla normativa applicabile.
